Cut, Shape, Stitch book has arrived!

After a long time of cutting, shaping and stitching, the new book by Maggie Grey, Paula Watkins and myself is out!

It covers so many different techniques and approaches to cutting, and I feel very proud to sit and look at it, and encourage anyone interested in this subject to come and visit our stand at Festival of Quilts QIA30 and talk to us about it.  There will be demos, Maggie is doing some talks and you can come and see some of the works on display.

It should be a fantastic show and we are all very excited to share what we have learnt with you all.

Cut, Shape, Stitch by Maggie Grey, Paula Watkins and Me!

I am very excited to report that the new D4Daisy book, Cut Shape Stitch is progressing at a rate of knots and is being prepared for its launch at the Festival of Quilts.

The book covers all forms of cutting, from simple hand-cutting, die-cutting through to amazing computer controlled cutting.  We have had a Scan N Cut on loan from Brother and it has been one of the most exciting things I have done recently.  There will be more coming on the blog soon, but I just wanted to make an announcement here.
